Would I be right in thinking that a same 13 plate touran bonnet insulation and engine cover and undertray protection would fit my 13 plate caddy?

The protective under tray of other VW, Skoda vehicles is the same part also as that fitted to the Caddy. I think this topic has been covered before, nonetheless I will check for you.

The noise insulation undertray is part no 1K0825237AG which is fitted to a Touran and also fits the Caddy, however there is also another under tray part called the engine/gearbox assembly skid plate which looking at the parts drawing requires various other bits to attach it to the vehicle. This part no is 5C6825901B. Not sure about the material of this part although I do know that you can actually buy metal skid plates for the Caddy that other manufactures make as an aftermarket part. Doc or Tommy will know more about this though or other forum members. Reflex auto designs comes to mind.
The bonnet insulation (sound damper) is as the part number as said earlier in this thread but this needs to come from a Touran 2011 - 2016.
