guys im just wondering what sort of mpg ye are getting from your vans
my mk4 bluemotion is extremely handy on fuel if driven well
its currently on this cycle returning 4 litres per 100 klm which is 70.62mpg
on overall consumption (option2 on mfd) its giving 4.8 litres per 100 which is 58.85 mpg and approximately 1100 klm to a tank of diesel

Fuel economy 2.0 tdi mk4
I can scrape 800miles (55-57 ish) to the tank with my 1.6 BMT. But the newer 2.0 seemed a lot easier to get decent MPG when I had one on hire for a few days.

Re: Fuel economy 2.0 tdi mk4
I managed this on the M5 coming back from Gloucester with the ACC set to 65 and following trucks.

Re: Fuel economy 2.0 tdi mk4
Filled my 1.6TDI maxi kombi up in Chesterfield as couple of weeks ago. Did a bit of driving in and around Hope, then drove back to Norwich where I have been doing a few journeys. Mixture of cc and normal driving. Grand total of 610 miles plus just under quarter of a tank left. Not to bad compared to my works Doblo.

Re: Fuel economy 2.0 tdi mk4
I was surprised at the figures as well. Though I must admit that my right foot gets used a lot lighter in my caddy than the works Doblo. Found a nice balance between sufficient acceleration and fuel economy, no good thrashing all 102bhp out of it
