Got Me A Caddy!

Post by SnoodyMcFlude »

2014 1.6 Blackberry. Got some kerbing on the alloys and sitting a bit high but generally seems like a pretty tidy van. First job will be to remove the bulkhead and roof rack, then get mountain bike mount fitted (already got one of these ready https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HOME-MECHANI ... SwHnFVjWwg )
After that I'll slowly be adding leisure battery, pressure washer, bed etc. Will possibly look to lower it and get new wheels at some point but priority is getting it usable for weekends away on the bike/watching motorsport. Exciting times, and a slightly different vehicle to the Renault Twingo RS that I've had for the last two years

Yeah wasn't looking specifically for a blackberry but was definitely top of the list so chuffed to have found a tidy one quite quickly.

I think so. I fancy something more like a Rota Grid....but not quite so expensive.

The sportline alloys are still available to buy new, although they are getting harder to find in the original hyper silver colour that were originally fitted to the genuine sportline Caddys. I think the original manufactures of the genuine sportline alloy wheels is a company in West Bromwich called Rimstock Ltd (Team Dynamics Wheels).
LK performance parts have some for £525.00. Second hand ones do come up on the bay now and then but may need refurbishing due to kerb scrapes, corrosion or scratches. I have seen single ones with scrapes and scratches go for £150.00 second hand.
