Ye I've got mine on the top hole on 19s and can't get it any lower think next point of call is different leafs or whole new setup Image

Possibly it depends on whether you have single leaf springs or double leaf springs?

Can you still see part number on the leaf springs or it's corroded off? They might be uprated leaf springs to carry extra weight, there are few types of them.
