Hi, welcome to the forum.
Your 2008 caddy is a MK3, built on a 2K chassis, model identifier 2K. This model ran 2004-2010.
The Touran from 2003-2006 front bumper will bolt straight onto your front end without any modification. The Touran bumper was a factory option on the caddy from 2004-2010 falling under the "appearance pack" add on.
