Facelift Lights

Post by GunnerMTB »

My facelift rear lights have just been delivered to fit my barn door 2013 fl1 caddy and I have a pin out but not quite sure what to do about the reverse light issue.

They are both RHD clusters and I want to keep the fog in the drivers side hence not ordering a LHD unit.

Could someone help please?

Cheers

In your case you can alter the pins as everyone else does and then only issue is most likely your Caddy is set to have two reverse and two fog lights so it will throw a bulb out warning on the clocks. With some coding it can be set to a single reverse/fog light and then no bulb warning. Also can be coded so the brake light segment of the taillights illuminate as sidelights, but still work as brake lights (brighter than sidelights to differentiate) when braking.

Cheers owdi, do you happen to know anyone that could code it for me?
