I'm very happy with them. The company is awesome. I ripped one recently (about 2.5 years after purchase) and they fixed it for free.

I'm based in Cape Town (where their factory is). If you have any questions I can call them for you...

It's not obvious from their website, so I'll give you a bit of first hand info (and I also just gave them a quick call). The ones I have are the grey cotton canvas, and are not waterproof. The "Tuff" canvas ones are a new fabric that I haven't seen in person (previously they had a waterproof nylon option - which I didn't like), that is darker and made of polycotton, also not waterproof. I'd probably still go for the cotton canvas, because it seems tough and comfortable enough (also it's an almost exact match colour-wise for the original grey fabric trim). YMMV.

Also, if you want to order for a pre-2016 Caddy, you need to use this link and specify your exact model, as the 2016- covers are a new design that won't fit the older seats:

Have you managed to clip them down to the normal rubber/foam floor? Or do you have Touran Carpets?

I haven't clipped them down yet as I didn't fancy putting holes into the rubber floor for the screw clips. I might get some sticky Velcro pads to stop the mats sliding.

The mat on the drivers side barely moves around due to the fit around the pedal area, however the passenger mat does move around quite a bit. The mats were only supposed to be a temporary solution as they're pretty cheap, I was looking at getting some rubber VW mats but these were a lot better quality than I expected.
