Caddy injectors and warranty rant

Hello guys. So I bought a 2014 Caddy in January from Lookers with a 12 month warranty and it's back in the garage for a third time. Haven't even driven more than 3000 miles. First time it was no.1 injector failure, and that was replaced under warranty. Second time in it was a water pump leak, also replaced under warranty. Now injector no.2 and no.4 have an electrical fault and need to be tested. Was going to cost me £80 for testing, as testing is not covered under warranty. However, I rang them today and they can't remove the injectors, so they have to bring in a specialist, which is also not covered by warranty and will cost me £240. As you can imagine I'm fuming. £320 to pay out on a van I bought in good faith for £7000.

How did they replace the first one. Did the bring in a specialist for that. Guess not. So why do they have to for interior 2-4. Makes no sense. Sounds like a fob off so they can earn a bit back off you.

If it's under warranty, I don't see how they can push diagnostics and injector pulling costs onto you. Your warranty covers the injectors, no matter what is involved to change them out.
Where do they draw the line with that sort of policy, will you have to pay all labour and they just pay for the parts?

That's what I was thinking. Sounds suspect.
Apparently the injectors have to be sent off for testing and that's not covered. Neither is getting a specialist in to remove them. If they need replacing they're covered, but I don't think I should have to pay anything. Thought I was buying a reliable van from a respectable company.
I'm going to ring the warranty people on Monday as it doesn't seem right.

Just thought I'd post an update for those interested. So after the initial injector failure, testing and removal. It was injector 2 that needs replacing. Exactly what I thought after reading the fault code. The van has now been taken to VW because the original garage snapped a bolt in the cylinder head. I now have to wait until the 24th before that's fixed, then who knows. So all in all, it has taken nearly 1 month to replace one injector.

I was having some problems with on injector on an my AEY sdi so I pulled it and took it to a specialist . He testeded it and said it was blocked. He then dismantled it and reassembled it. Retested it and it opened at 16 bar. Said it shouldl open at 19 bar. It works but what effect would he early opening have? Would it advance the timing? Increase the fuel mass?
