I'm sorry to ask and I 've looked over the forum, but I just want to make sure I know what I'm in for.
My current 3 spoke steering wheel air bag from my facelift caddy will fit this Scirocco steering wheel I believe, it looks like it has the module with it.
All I really want for it to fit to my caddy, the horn to work and to operate my stereo, an RNS510 style unit, would I need anyting else other than someone coding it in?
Thanks guys
Shaun

You may need a compatible swcm which depends which one you have fitted at the moment, and the wiring harness between the steering wheel and swcm.

No you do not need them to just get your horn and airbag working for the time being as long as your using your existing airbag and existing wiring harness. You should not have any problems, just make sure to disconnect your battery before removing your airbag.
As regarding getting the mfsw buttons to work properly you must find out what swcm you have fitted already for compatibility and also you will need a new wiring harness between the mfsw wheel control module/airbag and swcm. Then you will need someone with vcds to code it in.
