Re: Found this last night.
I’d want to see the work done to tie the subframe to the chassis. There’s a huge amount of work involved and a major safety concern if it wasn’t done to the right standards. I’d also need to make sure the wiring was done properly.

Re: Found this last night.
It uses the complete chassis legs from the Audi and then welded into the van and the wiring is the complete loom from the Audi then adapted to the caddy Ie doors and locks

Re: Found this last night.
I'd be weary of how the loom has been adapted to suit the Caddys side loading doors and the rear door.
The instrument cluster seems to be just set into the dashboard, it doesn't fit properly as it's from an A3.
Interior lights, tail lights, headlights, climate and audio systems, they all will have needed adapting of some sort. I'd also be very impressed if the bulkhead loom grommets are not hacked and ruined as these are very difficult to remove without damaging them or the surrounding panel.
Sure, you couldn't ever build this with a good caddy base and full A3 quatro donor car to a high standard without spending a lot more than £10k but it does beg the question as to why someone would build such a thing and then want to sell it on.

Re: Found this last night.
So why be weary of the side doors and rear doors are you saying it can’t be done?
Climate and audio is all fitted with the Bose sound system in the rear arch as the interior lights they also are from the Audi but I’m sure you would have noticed that if you looked at the picture
Headlights and tail lights needed no adaptions they are just plug and play
And why would you say it’s hacked to bits have you seen it or are you just not skilled enough to remove them properly yourself??
And correct you can’t build one for 10k and it’s got 30ks worth of parts receipts to prove with no labour but it’s only worth what some one is willing to pay
