Fore some kind of reason I can't see the pictures that I am posting, only the "img" icon.
What to do?

I've had a quick look and it appears you've posted a link to a flickr image page inside IMG tags, hence you don't get a image displayed.
On Flickr, you need to click on share, then BBCode and then copy and paste the link.
You can delete all the padding added by Flickr and only post the IMG part of the link, that way your Flickr username isn't posted below each photo.
