Audi Q5 S Line Seats

Post by donnydonster » Sat Jan 19, 2019 11:59 am

I have the opportunity to purchase some of the above seats. Would it just be a case of taking out the old ones, fitting touran bases and fitting the new seats to the bases?

They are also electric and heated but I’m not worried about using those functions.

Any help would be great, thanks!

I have full electric Audi SQ5 seats they will fit perfect on Touran bases. If you want the electrics to work it’s quite easy. Your need to do a loom adapters so from VW to Audi ImageImage

I don’t have access to read the thread. Any other way I could read it?

I have picked up the seats but one rail on each seat is smaller than the other, is this normal?

It's deffo not normal, the seat rails are usually the same both sides.

Yeah I’m sure mine were the same. But it was a while ago.

Was my mistake, one of the rails was just out of sync with the other, got them level again now. Will purchase some touran bases and hopefully have a hassle free swap. Once I get access to the how to link I’ll begin

I have got Q5 S-line seats in my Caddy 4. Only the airbags are working rest I havent working, as they are half manual/electric. I took the yellow plugs off and replaced them with the yellow plugs taken from the Caddy seats. The Caddy seats were sold to a Caddy owner with an older one.

I don’t think my seats have airbags from what I can see. So hoping just a swap with no wiring to do
