Aftermarket headlight help

Hi, I crashed my van and rebuilt it, I replaced the headlights with aftermarket ones which have 2 separate bulbs one low beam and one high beam where the original lights had one bulb , the problem is I’ve took it for an mot and it’s failed on the headlights because when you put them onto high beam low beam goes off and apparently it has to stay on, does anyone know how I can do this without having to buy more headlights ?

Thanks

If this is a 2010-2015 shape caddy, there is a coding change to be made when swapping H4 bulb headlight for individual bulbs for high and low beam.
Have a look in the electrical section, it is in there.

As that thread states, anywhere up to 7 days. You could have asked to be upgraded when you had 6 or more posts.
