Kufatec reverse camera box

So quite new to the forum still, and I've had a search and found that some people have installed these kufatec camera adaptors and I've hit a wall everything is wired according to the instructions and I got it coded with VCDS to activate the camera option and it's still not working.

I'm trying to make it work with my RNS 510 when in reverse it has the button to change to the camera but it just comes up with the rainbow test card thing.
