A lot of guys on here use Adrian flux, Brentacre or green light. Give them a call

Try Aviva, they got the thumbs up on this forum in a recent thread which I'm sure you must of read. I have used Aviva the last three years now and cannot find any other insurer that can beat them on price and no extra charge for up to four or five declared mods to your Caddy.

They are ok for the first year

Also a pain if you need to change insurance at any point.

Funny you should say that ilz2729. My renewal with brentacre went up by £50 so I
went with flux......who quoted me a silly price the year before!

Got a quote from swinton insurance
Arriva £500 but new quote for £350 from another
Told them about my upgrades & extras & went back to £500..
It’s a chance you take.. we all know how much we spend & care for our caddy’s
Is it worth it to get peace of mind?
Only takes one jobs worth insurance estimator to null your policy when he sees its not factory

Always best to list all mods.
I put seats in mine and wasn’t an issue. I was going to put rock and roll bed but that was a big no no.
Anything that isn’t declared you’re asking for trouble imo

Brentacre were the best for me and you can add most mods for free

Possibly a silly question but have you tried comparison sites? Failing that, tell them you have a cheaper quote elsewhere and see if they'll match it. Or call your bluff.

The comparison sites seem to have no facility for listing mods in my experience.

Just double checked and the one with the meerkat does :)

It asks if the van is modified then you can add bodykit, wheels, exhaust, engine, brakes, suspension etc

Anyone tried DirectLine? We have just gone with them for our Golf and even with my 2 accidents (1 no fault) was the cheapest by far. Never tried with a van tho' but will do next time my insurance is due
