Interior light Bulb Change? No resolution. Fuse?

I have a 2.0 TDi caddy, where the interior light hasn't worked since i brought it.

Now, its been 8 months And i have only just decided to try a new bulb, literally "5mins ago". This did not work.

What else could be preventing light? Fuse? If so where is the fuse located, for interior lighting?
