Dunno about a guide but you pull off door handle and unbolt 2 torx screws. Then there’s 2 screws at the bottom. Once all screws are out give it a tug from the bottom. Not too hard as there are things attached. Dunno what year your caddy is but u will most likely need to pop out the rivets then find an alternative method to secure new screws in...
