Lower door hinge

Post by tommyzooom »

I've noticed a bit of play in my lower door hinge, drivers side.
The play is in the hinge pin that goes through both halves of the hinge. The door itself doesn't move if lifted or pulled. It creaks and cracks when opening now.

Has anyone had the same problem?
Is the hinge pin available separately?
Id rather not change the complete hinge if possible, as it'd need painted green of course.

You could probably get the pin from a scrap yard.
A part from that I don't know if TPS or VW would just do the pin
