Real carbon fibre wing mirror covers

Post by Craig Cheatham »

Hi guys, ive been thinking about adding some real carbon fibre wing mirror covers from VW Carbon (World of Carbon) just wondered if anyone else had fitted them? If so what is the fit like and how do they look when fitted, OEM ? or not? pics would be great jf anyone can help.

Most people who want to modify thier mirrors in any way tend to change them completely for smaller ones. Putting carbon fibre covers on those great big ugly odd shaped standard mirrors seems a bit of a waste.

To be honest mate. I’ve not heard anyone mentioning these on the forum before. The only thing I’m aware of is the stick on carbon effect covers from Vanstyle.
Maybe ask the seller if he has any pictures of them fitted to a previous customers van?

Craig Cheatham did you end up getting them or finding a photo of them fitted, am interested in getting a set myself but don’t want to waste the money if they turn out looking like sh1t, can’t decide if I just colour match them like the highline or go for full carbon fibre around the van (door handle, spoiler, barndoor handle thing)
