Right guys whilst was coding wing mirrors indicators came up with this fault code any ideas on what it might be

Seems your engine has had an under or over boost condition at some point.
Did VCDS not give you more to go on such as a mileage, number of occasions, maybe even requested Vs actual boost??

Hmm
So to try and figure out what may be happening can we assume the Caddy was fine before you decided to add " mirrors with integrated indicators". Then that fault code appeared soon after?
Can we also assume the year/engine version of Caddy shown in your profile is correct - small petrol?
Typically if that was a diesel I would check for splits/leaks on vacuum pipes connected to the N75 valve or even split hoses/loose jubilee clips on turbo boost pipework. Sorry I have no idea whether something similar is fitted to petrol models. But If you have been working under the bonnet then it might be worth retracing your steps just in case you disconnected something and forgot to put it back on fully.
