Catching side door

Afternoon,

Has anyone else had the issue of the side door on a SWB caddy catching on the alloy/tyre? The passenger side rear ally sticks out a little further than the driver side. The wheels are 19s
I've removed the plywood and it's still catching a little. Just wondering if this is common and if anyone has a solution.

Will depend on your offset, i have just fitted 18's with an et of 35, the side door ply only starts to catch when the door is almost fully open, but i will be able to trim down the ply or fit something thinner if i feel the need so not bothered.

Wheel offset is not quite right. Options are, buy different wheels with the correct offset. Have a few MM skimmed off the inside face of the wheels. Space your sliding door rail out with washers. Have RAD modify your door brackets to open wider. Cut a section from the inside of your door and weld it back up.

Cheers for the replies, I think I'm going to space the door out. It's literally about 2mm
