Custom rear axle reallocation brackets

Post by xpyyy »

Hi everyone!

Sometime ago i've found a pic with all dimensions, needed to make by yourown brackets(plates) for rear lowering, like KW or v-maxx coilovers comes with, but forget. Has anyone an opprtunity to share it? I'm planning to lower my Maxi, front from raceland Golf's coiolvers, and rear - custom.

Thank you in advance!

Ive got some relocating brackets.
Got them made up but they sat to far back for my liking!
Think the holes wer drilled 25mill bak off relocating hole!
20mill wld of been better 4 me.
Wanted it perfect.
They fit perfect next to leaf spring.
Let us know if ur interested?

A lad I know borrowed my rear brackets, and got them copied at a local engineering place. I think they kept the plan, in case any more needed making up

Any diffrence in lowering will change the place the wheel needs to be.
So if you have a set of brackets made to get the wheel in the center when using std rear hangers they will not be center on the lowest setting on the vmaxx.
Any option will require a diffrent spec bracket

I'm far away from all you here. Actually can't understand - if using reversed stock bracket - the wheel will not be centered in the arch? Do anyone have the drawing with all sizes?

On what hole? Each hole will move the wheel more out of center the lower you go, It dose not matter what size rear wheels your running

Thats what im trying to say people on the highest setting will be less off center then people that are running the lowest setting or oem hangers,

There is no such thing as a wheel relocation bracket that will work on all lowerd vans.
