Would I be a bad man if I cut away the grille part of the bulkhead behind the passenger seat, so I can get longer items in the load area?
Would be handy if I could fabricate a replaceable section - anyone done anything similar?

Re: Removing part of the bulkhead
go to the scrap yard and get a bulkhead and cut it up
and then bolt it to your bulkhead that way you can bolt it in when you do not need the space
and on bolt it when you need it.
hope that helps lad
