brake problem

Post by VW-PADDY-TDI »

right just thought i'd put this up during some of the colder nights ie well below zero i found in the morning when i let the handbrake down it felt funny as if it hadn't realeased right one wheel was locked a little bit of a run down the road and some heat into them and it was cured this happened about 5 times over the winter when i forgot to not apply the h/b when parking up at night

Anyone else ever had a similar occurance???

never had a problem with this with any of the vdubs i had, sounds like your rear calipers are bit iffy, best way to fix this is to take them off, wind them in, push them out a few tims and lubricate up....
