Looking at ripping the ply lining out, insulating, carpeting and then applying to DVLA to re class it as its not for business use. Just wanted more 'boot space' for my hobby.

I had to do it free hand bud. I cut as close as I could with dremel then sanded it back to make it smooth.

Ordered a load of bits off eBay then went outside and dropped the spare wheel. The bolts were on tight but the breaker bar sorted that. Both fully removed, copper greased up and replaced once the spare tyre was checked.
