Mounted new grey pvc panels in the back of the Caddy, almost no weight, looks good and better than the oem stuff...

Today I ripped 2 1/2 sheets of birch plywood into a pile of bits and if I have my measurements right should make a nice boot build
Here's for hoping, I have less than 4 week to turn this into something special plus get it carpeted out, busy busy!

Any pictures sounds interesting and I could do with saving some weight, might have to raise the van at this rate!RKDesigns wrote:Mounted new grey pvc panels in the back of the Caddy, almost no weight, looks good and better than the oem stuff...

Took 99% of the sign writing off (ex works van), ready for a good wash in the morning (weather dependant!)

Well I got round to removing the residual glue from the sign writing and gave the Caddy a wash:

Well I had another go at sorting this intermittent fault with the hazard light..hazard lights just randomly keep coming on but can't turn them off...I've changed switch and the body control module but the problem still persists

More work on the boot build, another 3 or 4 hours and it should be completed. I'll be honest it's a knock off of a "Amdro Boot Jump" even down to the stove and boxes.

Spent yesterday at Donington race circuit running support for this Porsche 993 at VAG Tuner Live show.
The call of the circuit was real.
One day, one day.....

Re: What did you do to your van today?
The Relentless Tuning coilovers I had fitted have now settled in so it's time to get the geometry set up correctly now.
The adjustable top mounts will help keep the camber at 1.5° and the aim is for 0.0° static Tow to help keep the inside edge of the tyres in good condition.
Triple R Composites front splitter is taking a battering at this height.
I genuinely have no idea how people drive any lower, maybe it takes getting used to.
