Sorry chaps, much as our 2k looks nice, I prefer my Mk2. ;)

Technically not today, but I’ve fitted these lights which come on when you open your door and go off when closed. They stay on for 30seconds before going off or can be turned on/off by a button.

Got them as a gift, not everyone’s cup of tea I would think but they are growing on me a little. Stuck on the inside of the door by 3m tape.

started drilling the spot welds to remove touran seat base, still might sell the touran rear seats and seat belts and just get a rock n roll bed ImageImageImage

It's going to look a hell of a lot better with the axle flip and new seats

Can't beat that fridge van smell eh? :?

I carried on with the false floor I'm building. Got a bit grumpy at one stage while we were playing "Does it fit? No, take it back out for the 10th time and trim a bit more off". Just got the front section to do, then I'll put the mat on it and post some pictures.

Just split these touran headlights and going to paint the inserts black.

This is the 2nd set I’ve split now, it was so much easier this time round Image

After wondering why my drivers seat wouldn't lock into the seat tracks for far too long, I finally found the problem.

A 50p piece stuck in between the holes in the seat track and the pins that lock it and stop the seat moving forward and backwards. I got it out with a bike spoke and lots of swearing. Image

About 4 hours work into these today. That’s split, paint, clean, re seal and run my Da polisher over them.
