Cheers dude, think I may give that a try. Really liking that smooth look, I prefer that to the touran bumpers.

I pick my Caddy up on Saturday and colour coding is the first thing on my list to do I've been wondering wether to get the touran bumper or stay with the stock one but my mind is now set on de-ribbing the stock one I think it looks the dogs you know what's!

That white one looks rude! Does anyone no how log the bumpers stay likes this (wont flake of or fade in the sun)

I've been thinking about doing this too, my main concern is that if I do mine white then any stone chips will stick out like a sore thumb!!!

I've been quoted 100 for smoothing and materials tourans are about 250 but I'm yet to find a white one

black one looks awesome, anyone got any pics of one in white?????

How's the join look between the sliver and black paint? did you just tape off the areas in black and visa vera??

We sanded the grain from the bumper with 400 paper to avoid it going fluffy, took ages... Then, plastic primer, a base white. Then flatted and filled any imperfections then three coats of candy white on too finish.
Pictures don't do the difference justice

Personally I'd do the facelift too much work for the van to just look standard.
