clocks are already done,jus cant post any pics from my fone,galaxy s3,every time it says file too big,can anyone help,aaarrrghh!!

Think you can get photobucket for Galaxy which should be free app and free storage. I suspect you're getting the message about your photos as you're trying to upload directly to forum which you can't do. Upload to photobucket or similar and just copy the img code to the post.
