Not a big fan of the v2 bumper but I have to say on the caddys in the pictures it look nice!!

Yeah, friend of mine has done it on 2, in Holland. Cars had crashed on the front so all stuff had to be replaced anyway.
You need, bumper, front-frame (plastic), fenders, probably inner fenders, bonnet, headlights off course. And there needs some cutting on the metal frame fender holders, you can cut pieces of and old Touran.
Also you need to cut out the holes for the indicator-lights, as a Touran has them in the mirror, Touran mirrors won't work on caddy, it's not impossible but needs software changes, and I wouldn't want these small mirrors anyway..
