How have you found the Pioneer head unit? I'm concerned it might be a bit fiddly to use without volume knobs.
I could also do with understanding how the ply floor is fixed down, I am assuming self tapping screws...
I've got a crazy idea of making a metal bed frame that folds up and fixes to the side of the van but I'm not sure yet quite how it will look...

Finally got round to adding a vent to the roof, didn't want a spinning one as they are to noisy

My Mountain Biking Camper Caddy build
Made insulated panels for the back windows taped the back window with a sheet of masking tape to make a template for two panels for each windows and added to 1mm aluminium
Insulated with dodomat
Then carpeted
The second panels were buffed and painted mat black
Magnetic strips where added to make it easy to ad/remove the panel
