Is all the sound deadening to make it quieter when driving?
Just deciding if I want to do it or not. Thanks
Yes and the sound deadening works a treat

Great looking build. Can you give us an idea of what you spent on the sound deadening please?

Thanks,

John

4 hours drop the fuel tank and install a stand pipe in to the sender unit, fit the fuel pump, fuel filter and run the line for the diesel heater and put it back together.
(OOOh look at me, I can curse) it’s cold, should have done this in June!
Tomorrow I’ll install the heater

How did the heater installation end up going mate? I’d be interested to hear if the one you bought worked well? I’d like to do similar in mine before next winter and I definitely can’t afford Eberspacher! :)

Just catching up with your thread great ideas. Need to eat a fork mount and jet wash in mine!!

Just getting round to insulating mine. How easy was it to remove the inner door panel hear it can be a nightmare?

Great build, love the idea with the fork mount. Which diesel heater did you go for and is it efficient?
