Very rare factory option supplied as a "ladder flap", I wish my Caddy had one.
You can spec a new Caddy4 with this on.
The green FPS Caddys from 2004-2008 had it on, there are a few owners on the forum.

Original owner was a sparky and a surfer. Used it for his surf boards for sure. I bet he used it for his ladders too at some point. Cheers for the info. I use it when I'm sleeping in it during the summer. If the midges arent to bad
