I wonder if this was an ex German utilities services vehicle?
I've seen some National Grid Renault Kangoo sized vans that are lifted, all terrain tyres and with what I presume is 4wd.

II asked some questions and it was fitted with seikel lift and insa tyrbo tyres.

Not if it's been lifted enough. Shame about that bullbar in the front only being decorative. Caddy has no frame mounting points, and so the bars screw onto the plastic bumper.

Yeah, that's going to tear right off the first time the guy scrapes it on something. That one seems particularly pointless, as it takes about 2 or 3 inches off the clearance.
