Decided to completely cover the back in Dynamat..

then covered all that with a 'thin' heavy underlay, before fitting carpet finish..
Removed cover for rear footwell, gave the new area the same treatment..
and started fitting cable for the sound system..

Under the new wood floor i put 13mm waterproof marine foam to help quieten down the back, then stuck underlay on top of the wood.

More to follow ......

Yeah, mate i ordered it with no bulkhead as i am putting in a roll over bench seat so i can carry the kids legally!!, its finished off quite tidy and made it easier to install everything, if i remember correctly think it knocked a bit off price too...
2 boxs Dynamat is quite heavy, but its only like carrying a small bag of cement around, suppose with all mdf and ply as well, it could easily work out to a fat bird in back,, depends what you want... lol

hi there if you look at your second to last pic you will see the plastic trim where your top seatbelt mount goes through this is the part most of us need if we want to remove the bulkhead and make it tidy like yours :D i know its a pain but if you removed it and got the part number im sure there are plenty on here that would be your best friend forever  and no need for your reg number. luvin your tidy install

Thanks

It's just easier to give TPS a reg of a vehicle with the parts you need because there are 6 or 7 different options for the pillars

ok Shabba, understand why you wanted reg number, i have private plate not sure if that still helps but it is F15 HYD..
i had a quick try to pull panel off to get part number but found it a bit of a bitch and did not want to break it, i just pulled it back enough to get trim behind, let me know if you get the right trim....
Next was the roof...
Image
Found some LED lights on ebay from caravan spares...
Image
I put more of the marine foam between the head lining before trimming all the roof
Image
very pleased with result, i also stuffed as much foam under the front lining while it was out..

speaker grill looks dented in picture but is not,,, i had to double check mind!!! Weird...
