Matt@Reflex's new Caddy project **Feb 2012 update**(Wheels)

Post by Matt@Reflex »

Right here we go from the very start.
I have just returned from buying the base for my next Caddy project.
It's not in the best shape but i would be looking at close to a full respray after some body mods.

Anyway here it is. A Cat D SDI 2007, 47,000 miles and yes it will be staying this colour ;)
It will be delivered next week so hopfully get the coilovers on next weekend and work from there.

I've got a lovely miracle puller that will make light work of the dents and i will be welding up the handle in the side door.
I might buy a new wing though :D

I was thinking it might need one of those paintless dent removal guys to come out and fix it. I heard they can do miracles :P

Thanks guys but as my van needs a new wing, bonnet, front panel and bumper etc i really should bite the bullet and put the facelift front on it.
I have a vision in my head of it slammed on black rims and the chrome part of the facelift bumper painted black and i have also noticed that some of the new R-line headlights are black inside. I'm just glad the van was cheap and that i got good money for mine. It makes it a lot easier when you are spending free money
