Did u carpet the side ply panels off the van first then fit?
Just wasn't sure if the carpet would sag one panels fitted due to the bend?

yes I cut the ply to size 1st then carpeted it left it for a few hours then fitted it to the van and its been ok hasn't sagged etc

done a little bit more to the caddy I have managed to get full display clocks and had them fitted and coded along with the multi function stalk and cruise control which is handy thru the average speed cameras

got a gti flat bottom steering wheel

also treated it to a set of Bentley wheels which I think quite suit it

also managed to pick up a set of front and rear golf gti seats just to to get my rears trimmed to match
