Does this throw a light up on the dash? Would definitely think about doing this to my Caddy, made a world of difference to my Polo TDI.

yes would throw a light up
only way i have seen is some dodgy plates on ebay with a hole in the middle to limit flow that is met to near enough block it of but not throw up egr faults
u would need to have the egr mapped out

also vans looking very smart mate

I've had the EGR deleted out of my map on the ECU so no light on the dash ;)

Looking lovely, love the lighting mods. Will have to have a play on the vagcom to see what I can get in the way of long coding tweeks.

You can code the EGR valve duty rate down to minimum and avoid the light coming on. Might cheaper than the mapping if you know a mate with vagcom?
