Great thread Tommy :D

I love that its a working van! I love the custom racking you have made, i need to get around to making some, any more pics of your normal day to day set up in the back? I'm still just using half the BG racking that came with the van, my Sigma 3C3M fits nicely up in the ladder rack but i was looking to do a false floor idea like yours to shove my cutters under out the way but still maximise floor space. Also how do you find carting adhesive/grout around with a carpeted rear? it's the only thing making me doubt i want to do it with it potentially being ruined with the dust that seems to get everywhere...

Hey buddy, just wanted to ask about the footwell lights. I know it was a while ago. I can see where to put the drivers side, no problem. The passenger side thou on the same panel it’s all curved did you make something or put it somewhere else.

I originally had the passenger side light in the side panel, the same as the drivers side. I found it didn't light that side as well, so I moved the passenger side light into the foam insulation sheet that sits below the fan motor etc, to a roughly similar place to the drivers side location.
I'll see if I can find a pic.

That’s ok. Do you strengthen the foam? Put a bit of plastic or something like that or just straight foam?

Make the cutout a tight fit, and the light won't fall out of the foam.

Hi recently joined the forum and been reading through your build, it really is something else. Looking to get myself a caddy soon in either the green or grey but think this may have swayed me  cracking work hopefully have some images to show off of my own caddy :D keep up the good work.
