Another breakage is the gas ram off the single rear seat, the ball snapped off out the seat so will need to drill the seat out and re tap, new one is only £3 from tps if I can get round to do it ImageImage

That’s a lot of side wall wear for a 10k old tyre? I’ve seen a few caddy’s now with exploded 3rd brake light? What do you think caused it? Ice?

Yes the seal started to come out the side, and water got in and I think it froze then and became brittle, the tyre side wall has wear because I constantly go over speed humps and they rub the side walls

Wow, that's crazy wear for speed bumps, I'd bring it up with your local council if your having to replace all 4 tyres too often because of their speed bumps.

Was that wear only on one side or on both inner and outer edges.

Hi great van. A good read.
What’s the wing mirror mod?? The whistle is driving me crazy. Got some wind deflectors thought would stop it but doesn’t.

I just put a thin layer of foam tape in between the mirror and the base, that's where the whistling comes from. I believe there is a how to on it somewhere
