Yeah tell me about it people do wonder why we do it, but I love my van its so much better than a car for fishing. The Bilsteins come with the hangers and Bilstein rear shocks etc. Not sure on the spring rates mate don't think they do different rates.

Just wondering how you fix the carpeted panels to the van, for example the long driver side one that goes over the wheel arch, looks like it was carpeted then fitted unless you carpeted it after and just did a bang on job? Thanks

You carpet the panel with concealed clips from MVM then push it on.

Loving this caddy, done an excellent job with the interior.
Mine is carpeted but this is another level.

Really nice van fella. Im hoping to pick up a caddy in the next few weeks and doing something very similar to what you have.
How well does the van heat up now with the rear insulated but fully open ? Most vans ave the bulkhead fitted but i dont really want to have it in mine.

Great job, loving it!
How did you go about sorting the gap where the bulkhead was fixed ?
Need some ideas

Lovely looking van mate!
I'm going to carpet mine out in a similar way this weekend and just want a couple of tips with laying the carpet.
Did you do the wheel arches separate, or is the full side one continuous piece of carpet?
If so, how easy was it to get the carpet over the wheel arch and up the rest of the side?
Did you start on the arch, or from the centre of the side of the van?
Any other tips I should know before having a go?
Also, with the spotlights in the headlining, did you just tee into the wiring for the existing centre light?
Have you installed a separate switch for it?
