It's one of these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153088919316 with the plate mounted to ply lining. It's been spot on, the only issue is if you have another bike with a different height/angle top tube it might not fit for both bikes. Also, the front wheel has to be pushed into the passenger seat, or bungee'd to the frame to stop it moving about while you're driving.
