I like the head unit it suits the van and didn't cost a fortune. Has everything I wanted on it and more. Will be fitting the dab box soon.

Hi there I'm new to the forum and love hat your doing with the van :D also I see you have the sdi engine how do you find ? Is it really as bad as made out ?

It's a good engine little To go wrong with it. It's never going to break any land speed records but it sits comfortably in traffic I never have any problems keeping up or even over taking. I bought the sdi as I work close to home and it's economical and at the end of the day it's my daily work van.

ive got an sdi van and like a few others im having the engine swapped to a tdi. im planning on keeping it at least a few years, its a workvan but its also a toy otherwise i would have bought something boring and shitty like a ford

Hair dryer and plastic pry tool comes off no bother. But have heard of ones on with gripfill and sikatak which if that's the case you will have fun removing it.
