I've got a campervan mattress 3 foot 9 wide and 6 foot long. More than big enough for me. Would only question if it's big enough if you're 6 foot or more.

At last got the 6mm foam down on the floor over the silent coat and cut the new ply in the floor

What foam did you use for the floor?

First I used silent coat then 6mm dodo foam over the top... Then 9mm ply and carpet

Very good progres. Im really liking this thread. Great idea with the dodo mat over the silent coat, will eliminate a lot of road noise
