They're sitting lower because I used the existing caddy bases but they will adjust up a fair bit if need be. I have them set at the lowest as that's more comfortable for me being 6ft 2. I still wish I could recline them more but unfortunately I need the bulkhead in and that stops them from going back as far as I'd like. If you wanted them to sit higher you could mount them on Touran bases.

Currently on the hunt for the same set of seats ! Been bugging me for days trying to remember which build thread i read, the colour jogged my memory. Did you have any trouble getting the air bags / wiring re connected ?

My van didn't have seat airbags from factory so I've not connected any wiring. Thinking about it, I can't even remember if the seats have airbags? :?: I'll have to look next time I'm in it.

My van did come with heated seats from factory though.......but these seats aren't heated so I've disabled the feature in vcds.

I haven't closely looked at any seats to check for airbags I was only basing it on an eBay listing saying they did ! So you could well be right. Thank you for your quick reply :)

This van looks ace, Could I ask - what tyre size are you running on them? I love the look of them alloys, I was gona go with fifteen52 tarmac's but these have potential to get a nice set of brembo's to show off.

They're 235/35/19 mate. The wheels are et42 so I can use the side door, only just but they don't touch.

Thanks :) I have a maxi so I have 2 sliding doors to worry about lol Do them tyre sizes give any protection if you were to accidently get to close to a kerb? ive never had anything bigger than 18" wheels before, and I think they had like 240/xx tyres on them which if I remember right stuck out pretty far past the lip of the alloy

I have a maxi with lowered suspension and 19 c/w 235/35/19 no not much protection from the kerb monster and opens both doors fine unless you're parked where you load up one side then they get real close
104 bhp maxi - 6 speed o2q conversion - rcd 510 dab c/w Bluetooth & mdi - remap 162 bhp - facelift highline cluster - caddy 4 tail lights - 19” vw motorsport alloys - bilstein/eibach sportline suspension - r32 front brakes - scirocco front seats - caddy life centre console - mk6 flat bottom mfsw - caddy 4 folding mirrors

Still not had time to paint my new bumper, too busy painting customers cars. Today I was working in Basildon, the sun was shining, my van was clean, so I thought I'd take a photo :)
