I’m like a kid waiting for Christmas haha.

Probably over a week is what he reckons, but will keep me updated with progress

Just got back from having a sneak peak at the van in the Bodyshop and can’t wait to see it finished

Not much to report on as still in the Bodyshop, but discovered that the drivers side coil spring has snapped and needs it needs a new top bearing.

So I’ve just ordered a new set of coilovers, rear shocks and all the hardware for the rear. Thought it made sense to replace the whole lot at once. I also bought everything needed to service it at the same time.

Hopefully I’ll have everything sorted for Monday so I can get it through an mot.

Today I was out and about and managed to pick a golf undertray up for £15. This will be fitted tomorrow after I service it and hopefully get the coilovers fitted on Saturday

Today I managed to do a full service on the van and after a trip to vw for the necessary bolts the undertray was put on.

Also managed to get the rear shocks, brackets and u clips changed. Hopefully get the fronts done tomorrow but I’m in no rush as I can’t get a mot till back end of the week

On Sunday I managed to fit the front coilovers and the undertray, but can’t comment as still haven’t drove it yet.

Also on Friday I received this in the post and a big thanks to Doc for sorting these out for me

Well happy mate. Just got a few bits to finish it off such as lights and maybe a front splitter.

Already onto my next plan which is the rear bumper

Interested to see what plans you have for your rear bumper. I've not had chance to do anything on mine but have got some new tools so at least I can make my own parts instead of relying on parts from other vehicles. Hopefully have some updates soon.
