So I build race engines for a living.. why not build an fsi 2.0 for the van ImageImage Fast road spec

Piper cams to my spec although staying hydraulic
Woosner pistons
STD rod with ARP 2000 bolts
Custom made inlet manifold
Custom stainless exhaust 4-2-1 when engine being made when back in the van.
Omex 45mm throttle bodies
DTA management
DTA dash display
VVT delete
Designing an aluminium rocker cover
Aluminium oil housing
1.8t oil pump . Chain . Tensioner to delete balance shaft setup

Aim power when dyno'd 250bhp ...180-190 ft lbs torque 8000rpm limit.

Engine bay painted.. haven't gone for the smooth look as some show cars have but it's based on a racer so I don't think smoothing stuff wasnt appropriate.

Cool build!, that engine will sound great.

Have to ask though is 250bhp a bit optimistic from a fairly standard 2.0L?. Saying that i have no idea what the fsi is standard.
