Loving the progress of this project,
Did your tinted rear lights come factory built? Or did you change them yourself after?

It is, 38k trouble free miles so far.

After seeing your pics, I've a few ideas for mine.. Namely carpeting the bulkhead, cabin side.

Hi ,
I have just read this post in completion, I am amazed at the knowledge that is shown and applied here. This "van" is a work of art and technical knowledge. Great post and wonderful inspiration, for an old guy waiting for his first Caddy. Thanks it has cheered up a very cold Easter weekend.

Awesome work mate
How did you go about trimming the sliding door plastic sill to fit with the touran floor plastics?
All these amazing mods and I’m asking about cutting some plastic

Cheers fella
Ordered the correct plastic sill from a caddy life, then just took my time trimming it down slowly to get the best fit, using the seat plastic as a guide. The Touran plastic is uncut, just trim the sill.
The fun part was covering it in Alcantara, a few choice words😂
