Cheers, speaker pods were made with MDF base and two flat sides, round MDF speaker collars mounted and angled, then staple fleece material over to give the shape and fibreglass resin fleece, final layer of filler and trim.
Speakers are Morel 4” ultras to match front Morels.

Test fit on new Hybrid Mk7 GTE bumper today, great fit and really happy with how it looks. Just Addblue tank to modify to get DRL to fit and outer sensors holes to cut in.
