I can't remember the price tbh, dont think it was to bad price. You'll need the reflectors and toe eye cover separately.

Re: Natural grey caddy build
Haven't updated in a while but Its back from tuners running a cr170 turbo and gutted the dpf out of the down pipe along with mapping to suit. Very little lag and Pulls really long and smooth.
I have changed the dash to a touran one which I think is an improvement.
I have also bought a set of genuine Audi speedline wheels in 19" 9j which i am going to refurb. Also done a little test fit and think they will fit fine on slightly stretched 235 35 19 tyres.

Re: Natural grey caddy build
Ive wanted to go for the dash swap on mine fot a while but as I need the van for work everyday I've been a bit scared off stripping it all out and it being off the road for a while. A weekend job doesn't sound too bad though.
Van looks great on those wheels by the way.

Was think the same. I seriously considered going for those wheels, but just bought rs4 replicas instead. I'm thinking it was a mistake now!

Re: Natural grey caddy build
Thanks for the comments guys,
Barbel I use my van daily and for work (I'm a spark) I just done it on a weekend I wasn't working. Not to bad of a job just make sure you have all the brackets and ducts you need.

Van looks great, can't go wrong with the grey, out of interest what did your old wheels come off or are they after market wheels.
Have you noticed a huge difference in ride quality going from 18 - 19 inch

Haven't drove yet with 19s in the process of splitting them down and rebuilding them. My old wheels are vw Santiago reps just painted gloss black.

Re: Natural grey caddy build
Little update, wheels are blasted and had first coat of primer. I mocked one up to see what it looks like. Their going satin black.
I have bought some brembo rear hand brake calipers off a Ferrari 360 so I can now get my rear brake set up sorted.
I also fitted my new mfsw not working yet though

Re: Natural grey caddy build
Did you have any problems with your Santiago reps? I have a wobble at speed with mine. Not sure if it's wheels or tyres. All were new and balanced.

Re: Natural grey caddy build
I never had a problem with them, I would say that's down to your wheel balancing.Simon46 wrote:Did you have any problems with your Santiago reps? I have a wobble at speed with mine. Not sure if it's wheels or tyres. All were new and balanced.
